When you provide street addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers, we encourage you to use your business numbers, not personal ones. We will need to gather information about your business in order to assist you in improving and growing your business. All of this information is kept strictly confidential as per a confidentiality policy we sign with each client. Any personal information is gathered only verbally and informally, and not kept in any database or in written form. In addition, client files are locked on site at our office.

Our website does not use cookies or any other methods of collecting information about you. The only online information we gather about you is what you submit through our contact form, if you choose to do so. You will also notice that none of the fields in the contact form are required, and you may choose to complete all, or only some, of the fields. For example, if you prefer us to contact you by phone, you may only provide a phone number.

No information is ever sold or re-distributed to third parties outside of START Marketing Inc. Email addresses are only used by START Marketing when we need to contact you specifically regarding work we are conducting for your business. If you would like to receive newsletters, you must check the box on the contact form of our web site; otherwise, you will not receive any general mailings from START Marketing. If fact, we rarely send notices ­ unless there is significant news. We are not of the "monthly newsletter" mindset!

When the work we have conducted for you is complete, you may request return of your information and related files. If you do not do so, we will store this information in a locked environment, and destroy it after 2 - 3years time.
