Strategic Planning Fees

It starts with a proposal. If you decide you would like our assistance with a marketing or business plan, we will generally recommend the development of a proposal. In most cases, we do not charge for a proposal, using it to outline the planning process/timeline, and providing a flat fee for the strategic plan (this may be a business plan or a marketing plan). If you require a more comprehensive proposal, which includes suggesting marketing methods likely to work for your type of business, and estimating an annual marketing budget for your business, (for example, if you need it to persuade investors, apply for grants, or get buy-in from key managers/ business partners) then we may bill for this type of proposal.

Then we work through a plan. The fees for working through a plan, which depend on the size, complexity and goals of the business generally range from $20,000 - $70,000. This would include most types of market research necessary to build the plan. Although this represents a significant investment, the benefits are immense, and very measurable. Why? Because by working to improve areas such as your products, your services, the prices you charge, the kinds of customers you serve, and the number of customers you serve (or even more factors - especially if we work through a whole business plan) there is enormous potential to magnify the positive effect on your revenue, profitability and overall business.
